- Developed new pricing, promotion and media business models on NA Olay that closed a profit gap, reduced spending while maintaining media reach, and delivered promotional sales equal to a new item.
- Led new Facebook advertising for work/life balance coaching startup that delivered +27% more prospects and -40% cost per application.
- Leveraged deep prospect understanding to develop marketing strategies to stepchange growth amongst female customers for four International companies

- Turned around 3 years of decline on global Tampax behind a globally qualified new ad campaign/product innovation that overdelivered expectations by +13%, resulting in 1 of 5 global P&G branding awards.
- Consistently ignited organizational culture – strong record of developing, retaining and promoting top female talent while managing poor performers; led critical organization programs including staffing and performance reviews.
- Added $100 million in sales to the Procter & Gamble NA Feminine Care portfolio over four years, and is the only manufacturer in the category to consecutively grow share and household penetration.
- Identified the markers for successful beauty care startups, which resulted in a Fortune 50 acquisition of a startup.
- Led online digital training reinvention for a women's development startup that enabled +18% price increase and delivered highest month of sales in company history. Also led rebranding of company programs and iconic assets.
- Delivered 93% top two box client coaching satisfaction score, and orchestrated client live event that delivered 1.5x ingoing revenue targets and scored a 4.9 out of 5 by attendees.
